When you book a boat through Skipper Hotline, the charter company pays us a standard booking commission, usually around 10 to 15 percent of the charter price. That commission pays for your assistance, so it costs you nothing extra.

You pay the charter company’s own price for the boat, the same as if you booked directly with them. It works for any boat we book: a sailboat, a catamaran or a motorboat. Every booking also comes with a pair of Skipper Hotline sailing gloves as a welcome gift.

The same assistance as with a boat booked through us, for 7 days on board: a personalized route plan, the 101 Sailing Croatia booklet, storm and wind warnings, route updates when the forecast changes, and live chat support on WhatsApp, every day from 8:00 to 22:00. We usually reply within about 10 minutes.

Only the booking advice is not included, because the boat is already booked. The pass costs €240.

The 7 days are your days on board. Route planning happens before the trip and is not counted in the 7 days.

For a charter longer than 7 days, the pass costs €240 for each week. When you book the boat through us, the assistance is included for the whole charter, however long it is.

We match the price. Send us the other offer, and we check that the conditions are the same: the boat model, the dates, the base marina, and what is included in the price (charter fee, extras and payment terms).

If everything matches, you book through Skipper Hotline at that price, and the assistance stays included.

If the pass doesn’t meet your expectations, we refund the full €240. There is nothing to cancel later: the pass is one payment, with no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Yes, but it is a different service. A hired skipper in Croatia costs about €200 to €250 per day, so €1,400 to €1,750 for a week, plus the skipper’s food and a cabin on board. The 7-day pass costs €240, and the assistance is included when you book the boat through us.

With Skipper Hotline, you are the skipper. We plan, warn and advise from the shore on WhatsApp, but nobody from our team is on board. If nobody in your crew can handle the boat yet, take a skipper training first or hire a skipper. When you book the boat through us, we can arrange a vetted local skipper.
